Our development department is equipped with modern CAD workstations and turns our customers’ requirements into high-quality products. Our own quality laboratory is available for the continuous improvement of work processes in the areas of production, research and development. We use the latest scientific methods and specially developed test procedures to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our products.

ENVIRONMENT
“We focus on environmentally friendly production that conserves our resources and works with renewable energies.”
- Our production is completely wastewater-free. An in-house treatment plant filters the water used and returns it to the production process in a purified state. In this way, we reduce the amount of water required to a minimum.
- A photovoltaic system covering almost 1,500 m² on the roof of our production building in Deizisau supplies part of the energy we need. The remaining power supply is largely provided by renewable energies.
- All metal waste produced during stamping is 100% recycled.
- Short transportation routes protect the environment. That is why we work closely with local suppliers.

Our company founder, Johann Friedrich Dick, already had the vision of manufacturing all F. DICK products to an “exemplary standard”. From the very beginning of the company’s history, quality was the highest premise, life motto and entrepreneurial principle at the same time. However, Friedr. Dick’s understanding of quality is not limited to the manufactured products. To this day, Friedr. Dick also strives for the highest quality in production, in our services and in customer care.
We manufacture almost all of our products at our main plant in Deizisau in southern Germany or at our branch plant in Bayreuth. We rely on a combination of traditional craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technologies throughout our entire production process. Quality begins in the minds of our employees. Some of them have been part of the F. DICK family for several generations and, with their valuable specialist knowledge, their trained eye and their experience, they make a decisive contribution to the quality of our products and our brand.
