The RFID system functions this easily – fully automatically and without disruption of operations
Registration of all data for tools and unambiguous allocation of tools to specific employees.
At the beginning of a shift each employee is identified and then handed over his knife holder and tools. Allocation to employees is carried out automatically and quickly – without waiting time.
Employees pass through the hygiene lock (entrance). The reader system (see illustration) registers all tools and checks them for completeness, allocation and status. Any deviations will result in an error notification. This process takes less than one second, thus also does not result in any waiting times.
Tools can be checked on site at any time during a shift using a mobile hand-held device and, if necessary, replaced or blocked and disposed of. The control data gathered is automatically documented.
At the end of the shift the employees pass through the hygiene lock (exit). The tool holder / tools are recorded using the reader system (see illustration). Correct tools can be cleaned, ground and returned to the tool issuing station.
Defective and unusable tools are cancelled and disposed of at the disposal station, a special module within our RFID system.
Comprehensive monitoring of tool deployment takes place throughout the entire value creation chain. Traceability, QS reports and error notifications can be documented and evaluated with the help of reports or statistics.
