Our latest innovation is the unmanned RFID tool dispensing system, which enables a safe, fast and efficient supply of goods using the RFID tool dispensing cabinet. This system ensures that tools are available at all times. Tools can be removed in seconds, both individually and in packaging units or means of transport.
To make orientation easier, the removal compartments have an LED strip that uses visual signals to indicate the storage location of the required tool. This enables even faster and more efficient tool removal.

Optionally, we also offer various combinations with colored powder coating for an additional charge.

Seamless traceability and clear allocation
With our T³ software, we enable effective tool management that guarantees complete traceability and clear allocation of tools.
With our RFID tool dispensing system, the doors open automatically after the employee has logged in to the dispensing cabinet’s touchscreen using their PIN or RFID card. User administration of authorizations is carried out via the individualized T³ software. This gives you full control over employees’ access rights and allows you to block them for certain sensitive products to ensure security.
Quality awareness and personal responsibility
The tool dispensing cabinet has integrated RFID readers that seamlessly record and clearly assign all processes.
A constant target/actual data comparison using permanent stocktaking provides you with live data on the stock in the dispensing cabinet, the tools in circulation and the issue and return history.
Any swapped, missing or faulty tools are shown in real time on the cockpit display.
This process sensitizes employees to the correct handling of high-quality tools and promotes increased quality awareness and personal responsibility.
